Villages are pretty. Pale stone, cobblestone streets, the view of the bay -- and more rewarding, knowing that I'm having a helping paw in building one. I can't wait to see it complete, with shops and residents and people chatting in the square. Yesterday was a mixed bag, but mostly fulfilling. Got a little shopping done in the morning, a little planning work on the next phase of the village renovation. Then some mostly terrible sailing... the seas were rough and Sedna was having problems with her scuppers and I actually only completed succesfully three out of the five races. But I think I got her squared away in time for the last one, the longest, and I actually pulled out a win by a good lead. So yay kitty! That redeemed things. Then some mmmsome intimate time with the boy *purr* that certainly brightened my afternoon. And then the new release push at my store. By then, I was pooped. Dinner and shower and bed.So I think in the long run it balanced out evenly. I can work with that.
